Terms & Conditions of 99myr Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member" or "You") and 99myr ("Platform", "We" or "Company"). This Agreement governs the use of the 99myr online platform, including all products, services, games and features available under this domain.

By registering an account, logging in or using any part of the 99myr platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms stated in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this Agreement.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

2.2 Registration Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and current. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of this Agreement and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.

3. User Account

3.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Ensure your password is unique and not shared with anyone. 99myr will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately via live chat.

3.2 Account Transfer

A 99myr account is personal and may not be transferred, sold or given to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in the immediate closure of the account in question.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that are inactive for a period determined by the 99myr management team may be subject to administrative fees or automatic closure procedures. A written notice will be sent to the registered email address before any action is taken.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99myr platform are subject to the terms and limits set out below. Accepted payment methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

4.1 Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• There is no generally fixed maximum deposit limit; however, ongoing limits may apply depending on the account verification level.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes from the time the request is approved. 99myr does not charge any processing fees on our end; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

4.3 Pre-Withdrawal Verification

The 99myr welcome bonus provides a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

As a calculation example: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM100 (total balance RM200), and the wagering required is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. Another example: a deposit of RM2,200 generates a bonus of RM1,000 (total balance RM3,200), and the wagering required is RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

5.2 VIP Programme & Weekly Cashback

Eligible members who join the 99myr VIP programme enjoy weekly cashback according to their membership tier:

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash; they must be fulfilled through the wagering requirements.
• 99myr reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of abuse or attempted fraud.

6. Game Rules

8. Account Closure & Suspension
